Green Philosopher’s Cookie Policy
WHAT ARE COOKIES AND HOW DO THEY WORK?
A cookie is a small text file that is saved on your computer or in your browser when you visit a website. Like most companies, Green Philosopher uses cookies to facilitate and enhance the user experience for you as a visitor. We also use cookies to measure the traffic on our website and to collect information about how our website is used.
WHAT VARIOUS TYPES OF COOKIES ARE THERE?
There are mainly two types of cookies, permanent and temporary (session cookies). Permanent cookies are stored as a file on your computer or mobile device for a certain period of time until you or the server that sent them deletes them. Session cookies are temporarily stored and disappear when you close your browser. Cookies can also be referred to as first-party or third-party cookies. First-party cookies are set by the proprietor of a website (in this case grephi.com) and third-party cookies are set by another website, e.g. youtube.com.
Read more about cookies here.
WHAT DO WE USE COOKIES FOR?
We use cookies on our website to give you as a visitor a better experience and better service. When someone visits our site, session cookies are created. These cookies do not contain any identifiable information about you as a user and are only stored temporarily.
Cookies for web analytics
We use cookies (first-party and third-party cookies) to collect statistics about the number of visitors of the website, about the visitors and to measure how visitors interact with the website. We do this to better understand the needs of the visitors and how we can improve and develop the site. We use below named tools that help with this:
Google Analytics
By using cookies through Google Analytics, we collect information about the number of visitors, what pages are visited, which browsers and which operating system the visitors use, language, date and time of the visit. The information collected in these cookies (including your IP address) is transmitted to and stored by Google Inc. in the United States. These cookies do not contain any other personal information and, by activating IP masking, the IP address is anonymized.
Learn more about how Google uses data and information on how to block cookies from Google Analytics: https://policies.google.com/privacy?gl
You can prevent information about your visit to this site from being shared with Google Analytics by following the instructions at this link: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout In that case, a so-called opt-out cookie is installed on your computer, which is a cookie that prevents future collection of information about your visit to this site. Read more about opt-out cookies at the end of this text.
Cookies for marketing purposes
In order to improve our advertising and make our visitors more relevant offers, we also use cookies and pixel tags from Adform, NDR (Nordic Data Resources), Google Adwords, Bing and Facebook. Pixel tags are a technology that can recognize cookies and other identifiers and that allow you to decide which ads to show in your browser.
These techniques are used to evaluate and streamline our online marketing. For example, using these cookies / tags can prevent the same person from seeing a banner from us several times. We can also use the information to build segments and audiences for marketing purposes and to be able to customize the ads and target them to relevant audiences. This could mean, for example, that we choose to show ads for contact lenses if you have shown interest in contact lenses on our site or that we show ads for progressive glasses for people that we think are interested in it.

Hot Help does not control these cookies, but recommends that you visit the individual third-party websites for more information on how they are handled:
• Facebook
• Twitter
• Instagram
• Google+
• LinkedIn
CAN I DELETE OR CLOSE COOKIES?
You can choose to turn off cookies completely, or to receive a notification every time a new cookie is sent to your computer or mobile. If you turn off cookies, you may find that the website is not working satisfactorily and you will not be able to log in to Green Philosopher. Note that you must perform the same procedure on all different devices you use and for each browser you use.
